Milestone Lodge is among many pine trees and there is NO swimming pool on-site. Local YMCA access for guests coming 2025!

Parking is free and available within steps from the rooms, but there are no designated parking spaces. There is also a larger parking lot for boats and trailers in the back (West) of the property. However, for fire safety reasons, no vehicle or obstacle may block the (circle) gravel driveway.

The provided microwave is the only appliance allowed to make food in the rooms. Electric skillets, grills, burners, and other cooking devices are NOT allowed in the rooms or on the porches, per our insurance policy.

Our reservations and rates are daily and weekly only. However, given availability, guests can book rooms up to twenty-nine (29) consecutive days. Management will issue a written contract for arrangements longer than fourteen (14) days.

No. Blocking rooms for a large group is not in the best interest of either party involved. Often times, wedding and reunion guests like to choose an overnight location that best appeals to their personalities and needs; whereas your choice for lodging may not be theirs. Also, Milestone Lodge has many repeat guests that have been coming for years, and we hate to “block” them out of popular dates.

Check-in is guaranteed after 3PM each day, and Check-Out is no later than 11AM. In some cases, guests may check in as early as 2PM. Please call the front desk for details. Late check-outs are never available as our cleaning staff has a strict routine.

Given availability, you may change or cancel your reservation up to seven (7) days in advance. Please call the main office for changes to your reservation.

The card on file is charged seven (7) days in advance and is non-refundable at that time. Payments that do not process for any reason, such as an expired card, will automatically cancel the reservation. A cancellation notice will be sent via email when the reservation payment is confirmed or denied.

Extra fees are charged due to violation of policies that result in additional costs, such as smoking in the room or having unauthorized pets in the room. Extra fees can also come from stained, damaged, or missing items, and excessive cleaning costs. Please review our property information before arriving.

Room door entry codes are changed between each guest. If you feel like your room door code has been compromised, although this is rarely possible, please call the main office to change it. Please know that turning the switch/latch above the inside handle will UNLOCK the door. Room doors are set each day to automatically lock, requiring a specific keycode to unlock each time a guest enters the room. Guests should not tamper with the inside latch.
